The renewed contract stipulates an initial three-year term with automatic one-year extensions, subject to conditions outlined in the agreement. Compensation includes a base salary in Class B ordinary shares, eligibility for bonus and equity incentives, and standard benefits, with provisions for termination under various circumstances.
