ANTA Sports Revamps Nomination Committee Guidelines

ANTA Sports Products (HK:2020) has released an update.

ANTA Sports Products Limited has revised the terms of reference for its Nomination Committee, effective July 1, 2024. The committee is tasked with ensuring fair and transparent nomination processes for directorship candidates, evaluating the board’s composition, and maintaining an appropriate balance of skills and experience. Meetings will be held at least annually, with provisions for additional sessions as required, to manage the company’s governance effectively.
