Anson Resources Secures $5 Million for Lithium Project

Anson Resources Limited (AU:ASN) has released an update.

Anson Resources Limited, a mineral resources company listed on the ASX, has successfully raised $5 million through the issuance of 62 million ordinary shares at $0.08 each, without requiring disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act. The capital raised will support the development of its flagship Paradox Lithium Project in Utah, USA, as the company aims to capitalize on the growing demand for resources critical to the new energy and technology markets.
