Anson Resources Launches Share Purchase Plan

Anson Resources Limited (AU:ASN) has released an update.

Anson Resources Limited has announced the opening of its Share Purchase Plan (SPP) to raise $2 million, offering eligible shareholders the chance to buy shares without transaction costs, at an issue price of $0.08 each. The SPP, which follows a $5 million placement to institutional investors, will fund various projects including the Green River Lithium Project in the USA. The offer, available to shareholders in Australia and New Zealand, excludes US residents and will close on October 11, 2024.
