Animalcare Group plc announced key outcomes from their 2024 AGM, including leadership changes with Ed Torr becoming Chair and Sylvia Metayer appointed as Senior Independent Director, while Dr Doug Hutchens takes over the Remuneration & Nomination Committee. The AGM saw all resolutions pass, with significant support for the proposed final dividend, directors’ re-election and the authorization for share-related actions. The company, which operates internationally and focuses on veterinary products, continues to drive growth through development and acquisitions.
