Anhui Expressway Company Limited has announced a connected transaction where it has engaged ATEGC, a subsidiary of its controlling shareholder Anhui Transportation Holding Group, to provide maintenance and upgrade services for the safety facilities of its expressways. The improvements include painting, guardrail upgrades, and the addition of new safety features, with the project valued at RMB 10.64 million and scheduled for a 6-month period. The transaction, while exempt from independent shareholder approval, will be subject to reporting requirements under the Listing Rules.
