Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited successfully issued the third and fourth tranches of medium-term notes for the year 2024 on September 12, 2024, each with an actual aggregate issue amount of RMB 3.5 billion. The notes, which have a duration of five years and an interest rate of 2.12%, will mature on September 18, 2029. This strategic move aligns with the company’s financing plan as approved in the Extraordinary General Meeting and is part of a broader RMB 10 billion registration with the NAFMII.
