Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited is set to conduct its first extraordinary general meeting (EGM) of 2024 on August 21, where shareholders will deliberate on the election and appointment of new executive directors, Mr. Zhu Shengli and Mr. Yu Shui. The meeting will take place physically in Wuhu City, Anhui, PRC, and is open to shareholders registered by August 15, 2024. Shareholders unable to attend in person may appoint proxies to vote on their behalf at the EGM.
