Angus Energy PLC bids farewell to Non-Executive Director Paul Forrest following the successful refinancing with Trafigura and welcomes SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP as its new sole broker. Forrest’s departure comes after his significant involvement with the company’s development and contributions to its Audit Committee. Angus Energy continues to evolve its board and advisory framework as it moves forward in the market.
