Anglo Eastern Plantations Plc announced the successful passing of 14 out of 15 resolutions during their Annual General Meeting, with significant shareholder participation and votes largely in favor of proposed items. Key outcomes included the re-election of independent non-executive directors, Ms Farah Suhanah Tun Ahmad Sarji and Mr. Michael Henry Stainer.
