Anglo-Eastern Plantations Plc has actively pursued its share buyback program, purchasing 4,786 Ordinary Shares at a uniform price of 720 GBp per share on May 15, 2024. These shares will be held as treasury shares, which now total 132,584 and carry no voting rights, impacting the total number of voting rights in the company. The buyback initiative, part of the August 2023 announcement, reflects the company’s ongoing efforts to manage its share capital effectively.
