Anglo Eastern Plantations (GB:AEP) has released an update.
Anglo Eastern Plantations PLC has reported the purchase of 4,632 of its own ordinary shares at a price of 706 GBp per share, as part of its ongoing share buyback program initiated in August 2023. Following the transaction, the company now holds 462,942 treasury shares, resulting in 39,513,330 total voting rights. This buyback activity is part of their strategy to manage share capital, and the shares acquired will be held in treasury.
