Anglo Eastern Plantations Plc has announced the purchase of 4,756 of its own shares at 708.00 GBp each as part of its ongoing share buyback program, with the shares to be held in treasury. Following this transaction, the total number of shares in issue stands at 39,976,272, including those held in treasury. This share buyback activity is part of a program initiated on 24 August 2023, aimed at reducing the number of shares in circulation and potentially increasing the value of remaining shares.
