Anglo-Eastern Plantations PLC has actively continued its share buyback program, with the latest transaction involving the purchase of 3,815 ordinary shares at a price of 710 GBp each, all of which will be held as treasury shares. The company’s total number of shares in issue, including those in treasury, now stands at 39,976,272. Shareholders can use the updated total voting rights figure of 39,526,146 for disclosure and transparency purposes.
