Angang Steel Company Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Feng Changli as an independent non-executive director after serving for six years, in compliance with regulatory term limits. The company has also restructured its board committees, appointing new chairs and members to the strategic, remuneration and appraisal, nomination, and audit and risk (oversight) committees. Angang Steel expressed gratitude to Mr. Feng for his contributions and confirmed that his departure is amicable, with no disagreements reported.
