Anexo Group PLC, a credit hire and legal services provider, has announced the appointment of Edward Guest as a Non-Executive Director, with Dr Julian Addison stepping down from the board and Saki Riffner and Alexander Paiusco continuing their tenure. Guest, a Senior Operating Partner at DBAY Advisors Limited, brings a wealth of experience from multiple directorships. The change comes as part of the shareholder agreement with DBAY, which allows them to appoint up to three Non-Executive Directors to Anexo’s Board.
