Anexo Group PLC successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on June 18, 2024, where all proposed resolutions were approved by shareholders, including the endorsement of a final dividend and the reappointment of company directors and auditors. The resolutions encompassed both ordinary and special matters, with the latter including the authorization of the company to buy back its own shares. The AGM demonstrated strong shareholder support for the company’s direction and governance.
