Andromeda Metals Limited announced a plan to issue a substantial number of new securities, with the intention to offer 240 million options exercisable at $0.0175 each, expiring in September 2027. Additionally, they propose to issue another 283 million options under similar terms. These new securities are scheduled to be issued at the end of September 2024 following a series of key dates including record, offer closing, and ex dates throughout August and September.
