At the recent Annual General Meeting, Andrews Sykes Group PLC celebrated the passage of all proposed resolutions, including the significant approval to distribute a final dividend of 14.0p per share on June 21, 2024. Shareholders showed strong support for the company’s direction, re-electing directors and authorizing share allocations with overwhelming majority votes.
