Andretti Acquisition’s Nasdaq Move and Zapata Merger

An update from Andretti Acquisition Corporation Class A (WNNR) is now available.

Andretti Acquisition Corp. has announced its intention to voluntarily delist from the New York Stock Exchange and move its shares and warrants to Nasdaq following a pending business combination with Zapata Computing, Inc. Upon completion of the merger, the securities are expected to trade on Nasdaq under the tickers “ZPTA” for common stock and “ZPTAW” for public warrants. Shareholders and warrantholders need not take any action during this transition, and the company will maintain its current SEC reporting practices.
