Andrea Webb Resigns as SolarWinds Executive VP

The latest announcement is out from SolarWinds (SWI).

Andrea Webb has announced her resignation from her role as Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer at SolarWinds Corporation, effective December 2, 2024, and will transition to an advisory role until February 28, 2025. She will receive a transition bonus, an equivalent to her 2024 target bonus, and health insurance coverage for up to 24 months post-termination. Additionally, Webb will continue to vest in outstanding stock units during her advisory period, subject to certain conditions.
