Anax Metals Issues Shares to Drilling Service Contractor

Anax Metals Limited (AU:ANX) has released an update.

Anax Metals Limited has announced a new issuance of 1,785,756 ordinary fully paid shares, with the shares issued to Topdrill Pty Ltd as partial compensation for drilling services. The shares were approved by shareholders on August 23, 2024, and will be quoted under the ASX security code ‘ANX’ effective September 4, 2024.
