Anavex Life Sciences Corp. has ended its agreement with Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and SVB Securities LLC for an at-the-market equity offering program. The company had the option to sell shares of its common stock through this program at its discretion. The termination of this agreement, which took place on July 24, 2024, did not result in any penalties for Anavex.
