Brookes has made indirect acquisitions through Tarandi 1996 Pty Ltd and Dahlbrook Family Trust, purchasing 750,000 ordinary shares each, totaling a value of $60,000. No options were disposed of, and the number of securities held prior to the change included over 3 million ordinary shares and more than 1.6 million options across direct and indirect holdings.
