AnAn International Limited has announced a significant reshuffling of its Board of Directors, including the appointment of Mr. Siow Hung Jui as the Lead Independent Director effective from July 1, 2024. Alongside this key re-designation, the overall composition of the Board will witness a reconstitution on the same date, with no changes to the Audit, Nominating, and Remuneration Committees.
