AnalytixInsight Inc. has announced a delay in filing its annual audited financial statements for 2023 due to legal proceedings that revealed alleged misconduct by two of its directors. The Ontario Superior Court of Justice has ordered an investigation into the directors, accused of insider trading and other violations, and has barred them from board activities until further notice. The company is obliged to fund the investigation, which will be reported by a court-appointed inspector.
