Anaergia Inc. has announced an extended delay in filing its 2023 annual financial documents, with the new expected completion date set for the first half of June 2024. This delay has further postponed the filing of their interim financial reports and the annual shareholders’ meeting, now anticipated for late July 2024. The company, which focuses on converting organic waste into renewable resources, remains under a cease trade order by the Ontario Securities Commission until all documents are filed.
