Anaergia Inc. has reported a further delay in filing its 2023 annual financial statements, with a new expected completion date around April 22, 2024. Due to this delay, the Ontario Securities Commission’s cease trade order remains in effect, barring any trading of the company’s securities in Canada. Anaergia, a company focused on converting organic waste into renewable resources, is working to finalize these critical financial documents.
