AMSC ASA Expands Stake in Solstad Maritime Holding

Solstad Offshore ASA (SLOFF) has released an update.

AMSC ASA has acquired 980,000 shares in Solstad Maritime Holding AS at NOK 21 each, bringing its total ownership to 91,422,601 shares. These shares are associated with Solstad Offshore ASA, where a board member, Frank Ove Reite, is also a closely associated person and shareholder. The transaction took place off-exchange on August 15, 2024.
