Amrita Global Development Limited, previously known as Tianyun International Holdings Limited, has officially changed its company name, logo, and website following a special resolution passed at the AGM on 19 August 2024. Shareholders are assured that the rebranding will not affect their rights, with existing share certificates remaining valid. However, the company’s shares will continue to be suspended from trading until further notice, as per the Securities and Futures Commission’s directive.
