Amplitude, Inc. has brought on Andrew Casey as their new Chief Financial Officer, starting August 1, 2024. Casey comes with a substantial background, having served as CFO for Lacework, Inc., and WalkMe Ltd., among other positions at prominent tech firms. His compensation package includes a $500,000 base salary, potential for a 50% performance bonus, a $125,000 sign-on bonus, and $9.5 million in restricted stock units that fully vest over three years. Additionally, Casey’s employment agreement outlines severance terms, including an accelerated vesting of equity awards in certain termination scenarios.
