Amplitude reported a solid financial performance for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2024, with notable increases in annual recurring revenue and customer growth. Despite a net operating loss, the company’s platform continues to resonate with enterprise clients.

The company achieved an annual recurring revenue of $312 million, marking an 11% increase year-over-year. Fourth-quarter revenue reached $78.1 million, a 9% rise from the previous year. However, the GAAP loss from operations widened to $35.5 million for the quarter, and net loss per share increased to $0.26. Non-GAAP metrics showed a slight operational income, and cash flow from operations improved to $3.2 million for the quarter.

Strategically, Amplitude expanded its product offerings by acquiring Command AI and was recognized as the 2024 AWS Partner of the Year for Innovation in Digital Experiences. The company also saw a 16% growth in its customer base with annual contracts exceeding $100,000 in revenue.

Looking ahead, Amplitude projects a steady revenue increase for 2025, with expectations of reaching up to $330.8 million in revenue for the full year. The company remains focused on enhancing its platform and expanding its market presence, aiming to maintain its growth momentum and strengthen its position in the digital analytics space.
