Amper SA has completed the divestment of its non-essential assets as planned in its 2023-2026 Strategic Plan by selling Nervion Industrial Services and its subsidiaries to Mutares Holding for approximately 23 million euros. This transaction, pending regulatory approval, is expected to generate a capital gain of around 15 million euros for Amper.
