Amoéba SA is set to enhance its commercial strategy by creating separate subsidiaries for its biocontrol and cosmetics activities, aiming to improve market visibility and foster sustainable development. This reorganization, approved by the Board of Directors, will see the existing parent company focus on R&D and production while holding patents and providing support, with two new market-specific subsidiaries established in the second half of 2024. The company’s CEO, Jean-François Doucet, asserts that this strategic move will facilitate industrial, commercial, and financial partnerships at the subsidiary level, optimizing resources and tailoring structures to market needs.
