AMN Healthcare Services, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors from eight to nine members and elected Mr. James H. Hinton as a new independent director, effective July 22, 2024. Bringing extensive healthcare management and governance experience, Hinton joins from Welsh, Carson, Anderson, Stowe and has previous CEO roles at Baylor Scott & White Health and Presbyterian Healthcare Services. He also serves on the boards of McKesson Corporation and Health Management Academy. Hinton will receive an equity grant worth approximately $127,500 and a pro-rata director cash retainer for his service.
