Andrew Michael Clayton Sales, a director of AML3D Limited, has increased his stake in the company by acquiring 707,857 ordinary shares at $0.05 per share. This transaction, part of a non-renounceable rights issue, has raised his total holdings to 33,207,707 ordinary shares, alongside 2,000,000 options exercisable at $0.16 until December 2028. The change in the director’s interest was reported to the ASX in compliance with listing rules and the Corporations Act.
