Aminex PLC has reported significant progress on the construction of the Ntorya to Madimba gas pipeline in Tanzania, with land acquisition complete, front-end engineering and design works finalized, and an Environmental Impact Study nearing completion. The Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation (TPDC) plans to initiate a construction tender in July 2024 and aims to deliver first gas by mid-2025. The project is critical for enhancing Tanzania’s energy security and alleviating energy poverty, with Aminex committed to keeping shareholders informed on the pipeline’s development.
