Amigo Holdings PLC successfully added 71,252,800 new shares to the London Stock Exchange’s main market today, after meeting the conditions set for their second placing. These shares, priced at 0.25p each, are now on par with the existing ordinary shares, expanding the total number of shares with voting rights to 570,352,960. This significant increase provides current shareholders with a new denominator for assessing changes in their stake under the FCA’s rules.
