AMG Acquires Major Stake in Lithium Developer Savannah

AMG ADVANCED METALLURGICAL GROUP NV (GB:0LO9) has released an update.

AMG Critical Materials N.V. has invested $20 million to acquire a 15.77% share in Savannah Resources, becoming its largest shareholder and securing significant lithium supply from Europe’s largest spodumene lithium deposit. The strategic partnership includes a board seat, a potential doubling of lithium offtake, and cooperation in expanding lithium activities in Portugal and Spain, supporting the European Critical Raw Materials Act’s domestic production goals.
