Amex Exploration successfully closed a private placement, raising C$6.59 million to advance its Perron Gold Project and for general capital purposes. The company also filed a technical report for the project, reinforcing its exploration program in Quebec, Canada. With strong funding, Amex is poised for further development of its high-grade gold asset.
