Ameriwest Lithium Inc. has ended its option agreement with Nova Lithium Corp.’s subsidiary over their Edwards Creek Valley project, after Nova failed to meet required conditions. Ameriwest retained the property by paying US$220,000 in maintenance fees and settled with Nova, receiving C$150,000 in company shares. The termination agreement includes mutual releases and concludes all related obligations.
