IQGeo Group PLC has reported a significant change in its shareholder structure, with Ameriprise Financial, Inc. now holding 9.308% of the voting rights as of June 5, 2024. This change represents a decrease from the previous notification, where Ameriprise had a 10.118% stake in the company. The entire voting rights are held indirectly through Ameriprise’s subsidiary Threadneedle Asset Management Limited and other controlled undertakings, with no direct voting rights reported.
