Americas Gold And Silver Corporation (TSE:USA) has released an update.

Americas Gold and Silver Corporation has launched a private placement offering to raise up to C$6.5 million, with the sale of over 21 million units at C$0.30 each, including shares and warrants. The funds will primarily support working capital for its Cosalá Operations and Galena Complex and to boost silver-copper production in the U.S. and Mexico. The offering, exempt from certain Canadian securities laws hold periods, is anticipated to close by March 27, 2024, subject to regulatory approvals.
