American Vanguard: Executive Compensation and Dacthal Withdrawal

American Vanguard (AVD) has provided an update.

American Vanguard Corporation’s board has approved a compensation plan for the four executives currently fulfilling the CEO’s role, providing them each with $125K on two dates in 2024, while one member will also receive a monthly fee as a contractor. Concurrently, the company announced the voluntary withdrawal of its Dacthal herbicide product registrations, detailed in a press release linked to the announcement.
