American Salars Lithium Inc. has successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising $580,000 by issuing 2.9 million units at $0.20 each, with additional purchase options via warrants. These funds are earmarked for general working capital as the company continues to focus on developing high-value battery metals projects amid the growing electric vehicle market. The private placement also involved payment of finders fees and is subject to a four-month holding period.
