Liberty Safe and Security Products, Inc. has filed a lawsuit against the Registrant and its subsidiary, Champion Safe Company, Inc., alleging trademark infringement and other trade violations in their marketing and sale of safes. While management asserts the claims are baseless and plans to defend against them vigorously, they also caution that the litigation costs and potential liabilities could significantly impact the company’s financial health.
