American Rare Earths Welcomes New Director

American Rare Earths (AU:ARR) has released an update.

American Rare Earths Limited bids farewell to founding shareholder and key strategist Geoff Hill, who played a pivotal role in the company’s growth and its North American rare earths ventures, and welcomes legal and commercial expert Hugh Keller as the new Non-Executive Director. Hill’s legacy includes the spearheading of the Halleck Creek Project in Wyoming, potentially the largest rare earth deposit in the USA. Keller brings decades of legal practice, corporate governance, and audit experience to further strengthen the company’s Board.
