American Potash Corp. is expanding its board with the addition of Mr. Colin Healey, a seasoned finance and management professional with over two decades of experience. Healey’s background includes equity research for mining and special situations, and his expertise is expected to aid in the development of the company’s potash and lithium assets. Additionally, the firm has announced the grant of incentive stock options and plans to issue shares to settle outstanding debt.
