New Tech Lithium Corp (TSE:KCL) has released an update.
American Potash Corp has successfully completed the first tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $808,000 through the issuance of over 16 million units. These units include a share and a warrant, with the latter allowing the purchase of an additional share until 2026. The funds are intended for property permitting and working capital.
