American Potash Corp. has successfully completed the second tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $215,000 by issuing 4.3 million units at $0.05 each, culminating in a total raise of $1,023,000. The proceeds are earmarked for property fees, planned drilling activities, and general corporate needs, without the company incurring any finder’s fees.
